Does the freezing influence the pharmacology of the cells?

No, IC50 values of Instant Cells are in good agreement with literature data and show the same values as freshly prepared cells. E.g., for HEK293-hERG Instant Cells  IC50 values were determined to be 12.3 nM for Cisapride, 10 nM for Terfenadine and 11.7 nM for E4031.
