How should the Instant Cells be thawed?

The preparation of the Instant Cells will take less than 15 minutes. No further splitting or cultivation procedure is needed. The protocol varies a bit from platform to platform. The preparation procedure is roughly outlined in the following: Take one cap containing Instant Cells out of the liquid nitrogen container, screw it on a 15 ml tube containing extracellular buffer, shake the cells smoothly for 2 minutes, spin down, wash and resuspend the pellet in extracellular buffer.
