Is unfreezing of the cells in my own extracellular solution possible?

We recommend the use of internal and external solutions provided by Cytocentrics AG, because the cells might be damaged by solutions with different osmolarities and pH during the thawing process. Nevertheless, cells can be adapted to customer solutions. For more information, please contact Cytocentrics AG.
