CHRISTA NUTZHORN NOW VICE PRESIDENT OF CYTOCENTRICS

Dr. Christa Nutzhorn, 49, wellknown from her former positions as General Manager at Zymark and various sales- and service-management positions at Beckman Coulter, joined Cytocentrics CCS GmbH in July 2003. As Vice President, Business Development Dr. Nutzhorn now has executive responsibility for global sales and marketing activities. She completes the management team of CEO Dr. Thomas Knott and CSO Dr. Alfred Stett, both founders of Cytocentrics.

Cytocentrics developed a new sophisticated technology which provides high throughput and high quality patch clamping to assist drug screening of ion channel targets. The company was founded in 2001 as a spin-off of the NMI - Natural and Medical Sciences Institute at the University of Tuebingen, located in southern Germany.
